The latest non-beta release is Messenger Plus! 3.25 and can be obtained from http://www.msgplus.net/download.php.
This will be the version to use if you do not use MSN Messenger 7.

If you use MSN Messenger 7 you should use the Messenger Plus! 3.40 beta which you can get from MsgPlus! for Messenger 7 - 3.40.112 BETA :)
