Try going into Start --> Run and type
regsvr32 Softpub.dll
regsvr32 Mssip32.dll
regsvr32 Initpki.dll

Also try clearing your Cache and SSL Certificates and if that does not work try Server Changer http://shoutbox.menthix.net/attachment.php?pid=273157.
