What browser are you using? In Firefox there is find as you type so you can just type the name of the link and it will take you too it.
I find using the keyboard more actually speeds up computer usage in general. My best tip for becoming better at using computers is to learn to love your keyboard. Having more than 100 keys beats the 2 or 3 buttons a mouse has (or more if you have a mouse like me
