Well, what I mean is: before you got disconnected, were the floating window hidden? and when you got disconnected, did they re-appear immediately without any action in Messenger from your part?
I'm asking because you say you were using boss protection but the icon of your Messenger in the taskbar doesn't seem to be changed.
