O.P. RE: Sounder.
Ok.
You have a wav or an mp3 file lower that 200 KBs.
You add this sound file to your sound database.
Then you type "/xsounderplay + {sound command}" (you specify "sound command" when adding a sound).
If your contact has the plugin installed (not the sound in his system) your contact will hear the sound.
