QD aint got Mp3 originally, and if u get a program 4 that u'll get mono sound...less internal memory(3.4 mb and Tm has 4 mb...)....hasnt got usb port ( Tm has..) and no memo recording[voice]...
It hasnt memo recording? didnt know about that one... but you can install a program that records right?
