It's England, between January and April. It would be against the law for it not to rain at least once a day . We have nice summers though, at least for the last few years.

We've had dodgy weather over here for a while now, a few weeks ago we had really bad winds, luckily the worst I was affected was the fence fell down and someone around the corner had a large tree fell over the front of their house. Someone else had their wall around their house destroyed, rebuilt and then it fell in again.
