Yes you can, but not without polygamy. You need to patch both versions with polygamy after you install them.

Here's a quick todo:
1) Install one version of MSN Messenger
2) Patch it with polygamy
3) Rename the MSN Messenger directory to somethign else (eg. MSN MessengerZ)
4) Install the other version of MSN Messenger
5) Patch it with polygamy
6) Rename the folders of both Messengers if you wish. If you want the first MSN Messenger you installed to be the one that the shortcuts and etc. lead to, then name that folder MSN Messenger et vice versa.

There we go, a quick how to.
