I used the " TOAST.net I ". It loads a long txt file and tells u ur speed and its absolutely accurate i guess. It was off by 1 kbps even thou i was browsing this forum and loading some pages at the same time. So i decided to retake it. But since the txt file was preloaded (already there) in my cache it loaded in .32 secs. So its shows my speed as 8520 kbps
