theres a chain message going round my contacts to goto

it looks exactely like the msn site except it cannot be found from the REAL msn.com, the reason i noticed its dodgy is because the so called 'update' was hosted on a diferent site from msn, i would think msn.com can afford to host and update no?
plus now when i try and connect to the url i get
http://www.qn.com/account_suspended.php
www.qn.com? is it like dot.tk? it does the thing where the url stays at
http://msnupdate.qn.com even when you click to goto msn.com and are on that website....
just thought id share what i have found...
