yes, the capped download capacity is how much data you can download in one month before your internet is cut off until the new month has began.
However, this may not be too much of a complimentary substitute, but there are rumours that if you reach your monthly usage, your internet will be capped to 56k, this may be slow-as-hell olden day sorta speeds
, how-ever it's still better than not being on the internet at all.
Personally, i'm currently on 1.5mb with them so i'm being upgraded to 3mb, with a bandwidth cap of 40gb... which i think is well enough for me
