About the installation problem:
You probably need Windows Installer 2.0 for Windows 2000. You can download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?F...a8f&displaylang=en

You may not legally download the newest msn beta (7.0632). I've sent you a pm about it.
