Yes exactly... :D.. Or almost... It's following you local computers settings...
Meaning if you local setting is dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm:ss then the program needs dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm:ss as the date and time.. if your computers settings is dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss then the program would need /'s instead of -... if you have mm-dd-yyyy then the plugin needs the month first... exacllt how your local computer settings is set up like.. :D..
