erm... I PM'd it to you before....
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Messenger Plus!\Custom Sounds\
This is where the sound are saved which are in your personal sound library. But they are saved in a special format, designed for Messenger Plus! only,
you wont be able to play them in any other program.

What do you mean exactly? Do you want to know that folder where the sounds are stored to fiddle with them (I wonder with what but whatever)?
Or do you want to add your own sounds to the sound library?
