Cant be done. Its not allowed due to protocol. It means that microsoft has some basic rules (permissions) for their messenger. Due to this, this feature cant be added :)

I dont think they will any time soon but u never know. And it wont alwayz be nice as u never know who will kick whom :S I guess the convo starters should be allowed or it u invited someone then u should be allowed to kick them or something :S But its complicated :P
