Try to not just put your topic title as 'help please'.

On topic, you can try this:

try the following:    Start > run > type: regsvr32 softpub.dll <enter>
                            Start > run > type:  regsvr32 initpki.dll <enter>
                            Start > run > type: regsvr32 mssip32.dll <enter>

Tell me if this works at all.

Also, try a different version of MSN Messenger. And do you have any plugins at all?
