truth is, there once was a suggestion forum. But it has been removed because Patchou has already a suggestions-list a few miles long
enough to keep himself busy till 2057 (roughly estimated date
). Suggestions to bugfixes can still be made in bug reports (together with the bug of course). But suggestions on their own don't belong there as they have nothing to do with bugs...
