Maybe it is because you are running 7.0.0732.. sometimes that leaked versions got corrupted.. happened to me yesterday.. i installed the .632.. the same message appear.. then i reinstalled the Oficial beta and Everything went fine :) that is not a problem with plus.. i think Msn got corrupted or something.. 8-) Reinstall the oficial Beta and tell us what happen with that
