There is no enhance button next to the names in the contactlist anymore. But if you rightlclick your contactsname the Plus! extras are there.

Your contactlist should look like this (i erased my contactsnames :P ):

If you mean the icon you see next to MSN Today isn't showing..try it on an unpatched/unskinned MSN Messenger (in other words: run MSN Messenger installer again and choose "repair")  ;)
