Ive solved the problem.
This might be useful for other people with similar problems:

Ive opened my computer case took the graphics card out, and cleaned the dust it had. And i noticed a huge piece of dust in the fan of the graphics card which was making the fan get stuck

. I can now play any game without any problems unlike before.
