i have next to no knowledge in those types of things but searching google i found this...

try registering it using this:
http://www.vbaccelerator.com/home/VB/Utilities/Ty...ypeLib_Utility.asp

maybe it didn't register correctly or something :-/

hopefully somebody else will be able to help you out more if this did not help :^)
