It is the one and only soundpack database, it has everything to do with Plus!, etc... A whole different style of website would look... ermm... very wierd and unrelated.

(besides I don't have the blocks icon that big to recreate the soundpack icon)

I wonder if anyone has a bigger version of the sound emoticon that doesnt look pixelized. If so you should switch it with the msg plus logo.
