DJMystic (you probably know DJM, but don't tell who he is :P) made me a plugin like that...

I might still have it...
But, it was actually making the user type it, not mimic the user you are chatting too..

That means if you use the command to make the other guy say "/all /me is a sheep", it will actually work!

Someone did that to me once... :P
