Do NOT remove the file blocking!!!!!!
If MSN Messenger tells you that the .JPG file is blocked then it is NOT a .jpg file but an malicious executable file. JPG's are not blocked file types!
Remember that by default Windows do not show file extensions. And most likely it is still configure that way with Mws.
EDIT: The file could still be something else then a .JPG but a malicious executable file, like mostlikely a .pif in that case.
So people, PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEEEEEEEAASE be extremely carefull in using such patches and blindly suggesting to remove the blocking FFS
