I've downloaded the messenger from: http://messenger.msn.com/Download/

and messenger plus from:
http://www.msgplus.net/download.php

I'm not using any paches, and I don't know what's a skinned version.

the data that you requested:
Top: 59
Bottom: 650
Left: 561
Right: 1003
Width: 442
Height: 591

I tried to reinstall the MSN messenger 7 and Messenger Plus but nothing works, the icon is still not there.
