Strange, and it didn't happen before Plus! was installed? Are you sure you didn't mess with your msn before? Maybe a slow internet connection? The hand looks familiar to me... it comes when you share a map in a network... maybe you messed up the thumbs in windows... did you try a restore point yet? Else, maybe your pagefile is too small...
