How can I remove the plugs?

goto the directory in which Plus is installed.

the default is C:/Program Files/Messenger Plus! 3/

now go inside your plugins folder ( C:/Program Files/Messenger Plus! 3/Plugins/)

and delete the dll's you want to uninstall. they should be the name of the plugin. (IE, Song2Nick would be Song2Nick.dll).

after doing that run a registry cleaner. google one to find it.
