Whenever my friend tries to start MSN messenger he gets this error:

Does anybody know how to stop this error from persisting, as he can't access msn messenger, he can't access
any secure connections, and programs keep "Not Responding"...
It may have something to do with Norton Internet Security, but still... It say's that I am not the supervisor, and my mate doesn't have a user, so no settings can be changed, wierd thing is, my mate installed it and he is the administrator of this computer...
