U know that the activation key is random. When u start the installation it will give u a number. Goto
http://stuffplug.com and then click on validation key. Paste the no provided to u there and tell it to generate. Make sure u told it to generate a key for version 2.x
then copy the key from there and paste in in the installer. U have to do this evertime as the sn changes everytime u start the installer.

That is because msn messenger is crashing ... that is another problem.
