A quick search on CR64 didn't get me anywhere, no info on the trojan to be found. Could it be the trojan is still in one of the sysrestore files or in memory?

Try a scan in safemode. Additionally you can do a scan with AdAware SE, Spybot S&D or Avert Stinger.
