Which version of Windows/MSN Messenger are you using? If you are running Windows XP or Windows 2000 Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to open the task manager. Click on the Processes, in this list do you have msmsgs.exe running in the background? If so this can cause the problem because Windows Messenger would have to be started before MSN Messenger for Plus! to hook both properly.
