Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger, there is folder for every net passport you have. Find the one that you have trouble with and delete it. Then you should be able to sign in again. All you emoticons, pictures, etc. are going to be deleted so back up first!
