I don't want there to be 2 different ways to hide forums (the quick links and the form)... I'd need separate code for each one...
I want to get rid of the "Hide T&T" link anyway, because hard-coding forum names is dodgy.

Why would I? It only applies to the Latest Posts page, and it stores its settings in a cookie, so why not integrate it in latest.php?
