The registry value name is AutoLoggingSelMode, which is located in the "HKCU\Software\Patchou\MsgPlus2\[Your Mail]\Preferences" registry path

The corresponding registry value is HKCU\Software\Patchou\MsgPlus2\[Your Mail]\Contacts\[Contact Identifier] -> AutoLogging. However, since the Contact Identifier is well encrypted (and I doubt Patchou would disclose the encryption method), I don't think there's a way that you can change the contacts to log without accessing Preferences panel
