Do you mean a timestamp of the time the contact receives the message or when you wrote it? if it's the first thing, use the (!T) tag to show the current time.
If it's the second one, you can't do that.

Note also that the goal of comeback messages is to send a message as soon as the contacts signs in, so you don't forget about it and you are sure the contacts receives it. If you think the contact won't sign in for a lot of time, maybe it would be better to send him/her an email
