Messenger Plus! does not support SmileyCentral. There is no way of making it work as far as i know and i don't think there will ever be any unless the SmileyCentral developers do something that fixes it.

Patchou used to have SmileyCentral banners on his site but he removed those because it doesn't work together with Plus!. So he basically gave up on fixing it :).
Finish the problem
