Formatting doesn't affect the partitions. You have 5 GB of unpartitioned space there. Once you install Windows, you can create a partition there, or you can, from that screen, delete the 70 GB partition and use all the space in one single partition (if you delete the 70 GB partition, any data there will be lost).
