When formatting a hard disk, Windows likes to leave a portion at the end unpartitioned. You could install Windows, and then use a third party program to resize the 70 GB partition to take up the leftover 5 GB as well. Note that hard disks are measures in so-called Japanese Gbytes, not true gigabytes, so an 80 GB disk actually only has 74 GB of space, like 4.7 GB DVDs with 4.38 GB of space (
more info).
There is no official USB file transfre thingy, but there are some solutions using specialised software. (
