Hiding taskbar icons in Win 2000

Something small and effective :) I made a simple drawing in Paint which would be good.

The window could be called Novell Manager and a little icon from
like this:

Other than that something small and manageable would be lovely :)

edit:The show button seems a little dodgy, it sometimes reshows but sometimes doesn't :S
