I didn't bother reading the License Agreement but have been using it for a while and have not received any spam.
The License Agreement says

During the usage of this Product, information such as your email address may be collected by the Software.
This non-sensitive data which can NOT be used to identify you personally will be used to subscribe you to our newsletter and periodically
send you promotional messages and information regarding products and services. This information will NOT be rented, sold or shared with a 3rd party in any way.
So that would mean you wouldn't receive any Spam right? i didn't even get a newsletter that it says it sends though
