That's not a reason to try and fix it tbh. The original batch file works perfectly IF the command REG is a valid command....
... And the DLL was also registered. The plugin seems to be a VB plugin (from seeing the batch installer) and VB plugins need also to be registered with regsvr32.
But the batch installer doesn't do this, so this couldn't be the batch installers fault anyways if this wasn't done...*

So, kalmi, if the plugin didn't work, start by posting your system specs. What Windows version do you use? What is your complete and exact MSN Messenger version (in the form of x.x.xxxx)? What is the complete and exact version of Plus! you're using (in the form of x.xx.xxx)?
