Right, use
Eclipse as base IDe for any language and attach plugins to it to extend capabilities. For example, for HTML/CSS/PHP you may use
PHP Eclipse Plugin and not waste a buck in the buggy dreamweaver.
Photoshop CS2 is also a good choice.
