I dont think anything enables start up polygamy , you'd just have to open MSN again when you've started up, maybe someone else with have an idea though...
When you patch msn messenger for polygamy, polygamy is enabled whenever you start up msn messenger. This includes starting up with it or whatever. Even if you patch msn messenger with a polygamy loader, if you open the loader at start up you can automatically run as many instances as you like...

No, not that I know of. And this has to do with the way the default password is saved. Or rather the lack of support in Windows to store more then 1 .NET Passport.
There are plugins to store passwords from other accounts as well. But those passwords aren't saved by Windows, but by the plugin. So it is of no use either.
It will take an addon which acks like a proxy or something and which can determine which msn messenger instance is running and which must be logged in with wich password (certainly no easy task).
So, in short: no, not possible atm I'm afraid.
