EDIT - i tried SSC3... what im looking for is similar, only without the transferring bit.
I'm not sure that is possible actully.. I'm not en expert.. but unless you take the screeny and that it gets sent as an emoticon.. I don't see no other way then transfering the file.. and well if its sent as a custom emoticon it would be really small..
