Sometimes, when other people use that windows acount it will count their emails as well and keep them there because they are not checked. Just use the post i posted to reset it and see if it carries on happening.
I'm not sure if it makes a difference but you could delete the unwanted .NET passwords from windows.
Start> run> type "control userpasswords2" (without quotes)> Advanced tab> Manage passwords> remove the ones you don't need.
Might not make a difference, but i think it could.
