HOW TO INSTALL:

Close Messenger first and then simply copy the dll to MsgPlus plugins folder (default is C:\Program files\MessengerPlus! 3\Plugins).


HOW TO UNINSTALL
----------------
Close Messenger first, go to MsgPlus plugins folder (default is C:\Program files\MessengerPlus! 3\Plugins) and delete the "disableflashing.dll" file.
