well.. if p.e. was taught correctly and people actually did something in it.. like actually played sports and stuff. (cuz in some places all they do is let people sit around)
i think it is essential because exercise and the introduction to it is healthy
... exercise/sports are good for you. especially when you are younger... for normal development.
and whether you like it or not, it is something that's necessary, cuz some kids don't get to or don't have the will to do any physical activities outside of a p.e. class.
