That process is part of Acer Launch Manager, which is most likely used for all those multimedia keys on your keyboard, reinstalling it should help; Click here to begin download. After installation, reboot your computer.
If that doesn't work, just uninstall Acer Launch Manager, it will stop the multimedia keys on your keyboard from working though...
