Well they obviously will try to make look as genuine as possible to trick as many people as they can.
I know that the email and site are fake and not related to eBay, but they site are actually very well made (
PM me if you want to see the site, I'll reply with the URI (unless a mod or someone says I can post it)). I would imagine a lot of people gave in their accounts to the fraudsters.
