Have you run a virusscan in safe mode yet? Also don't forget to turn off sysrestore when you do.
After you've done that, if it aint working:
I found something on MSVBVM06.DLL
here, have a look at post nr 10. There was no reply to that so i cant garantee it's correct, it was also about another virus (follow instructions at your own risk).
